Bacon Software is highly responsive to customer needs and requests. We are constantly adding improvements to our software based on customer requests. In fact we offer a “Partner” program where our customers can help design modifications to the software and receive these software updates as frequently as weekly. Our users receive e-mail notification of software updates and may download the latest changes from our web site on the Internet. The new feature is then immediately available for use. Try getting one of our competitors to add that extra field, include a new sort on a report, or produce a custom report for you!
We offer custom travelers, cut sheets, invoices, packing slips, shipping labels and other key documents designed for the way you run your business. Submit your existing or “ideal” document to us and we will modify the system to produce it for you.
Each time a new module is developed it is founded in requests from our users who then work hand-in-hand with our development staff to create systems solutions that really work! We don’t just run to our lab and 6 months later come out with a feature that is forced on our users—our users have been involved with the design of the product from day one and will always be.
Our software is easy to use. Users can become experts with our software in a short time. Our interface is intuitive and our output provides the answers you seek. Our software does not require on-site personnel to be experts in our package, it’s ease of use allows all users to be experts.
Because we are a small company we by nature are very response to our customers. When you call for help you are not logged into a computer database of problems to be handled by 1 of 30 technicians depending on who feels like responding to the problem. Our experts will call you back within 4 hours and work you through the problem to resolution. If necessary we will connect to your system and show you the answer to your question. All our systems allow for both modem and internet links that are used both for technical support and software updates.
