Job Quote System (JQS)

Capabilities

The Job Quote System allows users to enter PCB board specifications and calculate pricing for multiple lead times and multiple quantities.  A unlimited number of pricing structures can be configured in the system to match your pricing needs and to play out pricing scenarios for future requirements.  Multiple quote formats are available that can be emailed to your customers.  Off shore vendor analysis can be setup and order placement can be done directly from the system.  A complete set of reports are available for analysis of your quote vs. order statistics.

• Pricing structures can be setup for all types of boards. ie Double, Multi-Layer, Flex etc. • Price calculation can be setup by panel cost, square inch cost, area/layer, piece price. etc. • Lead Time factors may be defined for any multiple of Hours, Days, Weeks. • Price Adders may be defined for virtually all charges associated with the PCB, for example Controlled Impedance, Gold, special materials etc. • Tooling charges can be easily defined based on specific conditions. • When a quote becomes a order, a job number is assigned and the job is placed in the Job Trac System ready for tracking. (JTS Module required) • Links directly with KwickFit for advanced panelization. • Links with Integr8tor for pcb specification loading and manipulation for cam zip files. • Material Thickness Calculator on Construction Screen.

Documents

The system generates essential Quote documents in paper, pdf and email formats for Quotes,

Sales Orders and Work Sheets.  Numerous user configurable reports are also available.
